MOSES Sustainner Program

Putting feet to faith is our call in today's world. Our work is casting a stirring vision of a vital faith community that has the courage to declare, commit and act upon a set of values that will transform the dominant politics of despair, scarcity and fear with a vision of community, hope and God's abundance for all people.

The Invitation
We invite you to become a MOSES Sustainer to support this campaign. Sustainers make a commitment to invest monthly or quarterly in our organization through automatic credit or debit card or electronic funds transfer. This is a simple and powerful action that collectively will make a huge impact on our ability to transform society.

Help us by becoming a MOSES Sustainer. Our goal to transform the dominant politics will test our faith, and take persistence, courage, creativity and resources. Together in community, by pooling our financial resources, we will become a more powerful force in determining the future of our local communities, our state and our country.

If we had 1,000 sustainers giving an average of $20 each month, it would result in more than $240,000 in new revenue over a year's time and enable us to more powerfully move our values and our vision of economic and racial justice into the public arena.

MOSES Sustainers are encouraged to come and take part in the ongoing Taskforce Meetings, Leadership Assemblies and other meetings and events that are opened to the public.  MOSES Sustainers are an essential part of MOSES and are recognized at our Annual Banquet.

The Future of Faith
We will continue to press our elected officials to view our governmental budgets and laws as moral documents. These documents reflect how we as citizens view our communities, ourselves, and others. They tell us what our priorities are and what is important to us -- they tell us what we value as a community. We will continue holding conversations with people of faith, sharing with them our vision and inviting them to participate in further refining the vision by joining with us and working to make the vision a reality. This vision will be expressed by a variety of specific issue proposals over the next several years.
