Frederick Turner

Frederick Louis Turner Sr. is the third of four children born to Rev. Dr. William C. Turner Jr. and Joyce A. Rivers-Turner.

He is a proud native of Durham N.C. and graduate of Hillside High School in 2001. Mr. Turner completed his B.A. in Communications from Howard University in 2006 and a Master of Education (Communion Science and Disorders) from North Carolina Central University (Magna Cum Laude) in 2010.

Mr. Turner has worked as a Speech Pathologist for 13 years in various roles such as director of the Voicing Clinic at Beaumont Hospital Farmington Hills campus, senior Speech Pathologist of Inpatient Rehabilitation at Sinai Grace Hospital, Detroit Medical Center (DMC), and currently as a provider in the metro Detroit area with Henry Ford Healthcare System as a home health therapist.

He also serves as Associate Minster at The Central Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Robert E. Bolden Sr. since 2020.

Minister Turner is currently enrolled in the Master of Divinity program at The Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University with a concentration in homiletics and black preaching.

He is blissfully married to his eternal bride Torri Moncrief Turner since May, 2015. They are the proud parents to two amazing children, Farrah Lynn and Frederick Jr, affectionately known as Deuce.
